Responsibilities
- Provide technical programmatic leadership and support staffing, hiring, and training plans.
- Deliver complex machinery on time and within budget through strong leadership.
- Contribute to the technical design of complex machinery using CAD and FEA.
- Define technical development needs, personnel requirements, and budget for project deliverables.
- Drive project schedules, resource allocations, and spending.
- Manage large engineering projects with tight budget and schedule constraints.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and manage escalations while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field preferred.
- Experience with thin film deposition, ultra-high vacuum technologies, and high temperature processes.
- 10+ years of experience leading engineering teams in designing complex machinery.
- Expertise in advanced 3D modeling and finite element analysis.
- Ability to conceive novel solutions to challenging problems.
- Exceptional safety record and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical activities.
