Responsibilities
- Drive manufacturing process improvements across multiple assembly steps.
- Perform time studies for operator productivity calculations and staffing analyses.
- Identify and remove waste from processes to reduce standard times.
- Support Production Build Operators with tooling and process needs.
- Utilize drafting/modeling software to design new fixtures for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEAs).
- Conduct Process Flow and line balancing analysis and drive improvements.
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify alternate solutions.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
- Experience with equipment and factory layouts preferred.
