Responsibilities

  • Drive manufacturing process improvements across multiple assembly steps.
  • Perform time studies for operator productivity calculations and staffing analyses.
  • Identify and remove waste from processes to reduce standard times.
  • Support Production Build Operators with tooling and process needs.
  • Utilize drafting/modeling software to design new fixtures for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEAs).
  • Conduct Process Flow and line balancing analysis and drive improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify alternate solutions.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
  • Experience with equipment and factory layouts preferred.
