Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional team efforts to improve test yields and production throughput.
  • Identify component test failure trends and perform root cause analysis.
  • Analyze test approaches for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide technical support for the entire product test process.
  • Develop knowledge of assigned test systems and hardware.
  • Interface with design engineering for necessary design changes.
  • Maintain test documentation and oversee change management procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in STEM and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with less experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a manufacturing electrical engineer.
  • Knowledge of basic statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience in Lean electronics and managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to facilitate difficult conversations across organizational levels.
