Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional teams to improve test yields and production throughput.
- Identify test failure trends and perform root cause analysis.
- Analyze performance and reliability of existing test equipment.
- Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for test equipment needs.
- Select and order capital test equipment based on cost/payback analysis.
- Support test technicians and provide technical mentorship.
- Maintain test documentation and oversee change management procedures.
Job Requirements
- University Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- 2+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer with a focus on product testing.
- Knowledge of basic statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with Lean electronics principles.
