Responsibilities
- Participate in efforts to enhance test yields and production throughput.
- Identify and analyze test failure trends, implementing corrective actions.
- Study and improve the reliability of test equipment.
- Analyze test processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Provide technical support for product test processes and assist floor technicians.
- Maintain test documentation and oversee change management.
- Mentor other engineers and train test technicians on systems.
Job Requirements
- Degree in STEM with 2+ years of relevant experience or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Experience as a manufacturing electrical engineer.
- Understanding of basic statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
- Proficiency in Lean electronics.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in facilitating conversations at all organizational levels.
