Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional teams to improve test yields and production throughput.
- Identify component test failure trends and perform root cause analysis.
- Analyze test approach for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for staffing and equipment needs.
- Develop technical support for the product test process and assist manufacturing flow.
- Interface with design engineering for necessary design changes.
- Maintain test documentation and oversee change management procedures.
Job Requirements
- Degree in STEM with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or 6 years without a degree.
- Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer with a focus on product testing.
- Proficiency in statistics and understanding of Lean electronics.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in facilitating communication across organizational levels.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma control methods.
