Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to improve test yields and production throughput.
  • Identify test failure trends and perform root cause analysis.
  • Analyze performance and reliability of existing test equipment.
  • Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for test equipment needs.
  • Select and order capital test equipment based on cost/payback analysis.
  • Support test technicians and provide technical mentorship.
  • Maintain test documentation and oversee change management procedures.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer with a focus on product testing.
  • Knowledge of basic statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Familiarity with Lean electronics principles.
