Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance test yields and production throughput.
- Identify test failure trends and perform root cause analysis.
- Analyze test processes for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Provide technical support for the product test process and assist floor test technicians.
- Develop knowledge of assigned test systems and support manufacturing flow issues.
- Train test technicians on products and maintain test documentation.
- Collaborate with design engineering on changes for production sustainability.
Job Requirements
- Degree in STEM and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or 6 years without a degree.
- 2+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer with a focus on product testing.
- Understanding of statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
- Problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in facilitating conversations at various organizational levels.
- Knowledge of Lean electronics and analytical skills for issue resolution.
