Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional team efforts to improve test yields and production throughput.
- Identify component test failure trends and perform root cause analysis.
- Analyze test approaches for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Provide technical support for the entire product test process.
- Develop knowledge of assigned test systems and hardware.
- Interface with design engineering for necessary design changes.
- Maintain test documentation and oversee change management procedures.
Job Requirements
- Degree in STEM and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with less experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a manufacturing electrical engineer.
- Knowledge of basic statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in Lean electronics and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to facilitate difficult conversations across organizational levels.
