Responsibilities

  • Participate in efforts to enhance test yields and production throughput.
  • Identify and analyze test failure trends, implementing corrective actions.
  • Study and improve the reliability of test equipment.
  • Analyze test processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Provide technical support for product test processes and assist floor technicians.
  • Maintain test documentation and oversee change management.
  • Mentor other engineers and train test technicians on systems.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in STEM with 2+ years of relevant experience or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Experience as a manufacturing electrical engineer.
  • Understanding of basic statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
  • Proficiency in Lean electronics.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in facilitating conversations at all organizational levels.
