Responsibilities
- Supporting the Product Configuration team with daily engineering service activities
- Participating in global calls and collaborating with local coordinators
- Executing a mapping activity of local practices related to product configuration
- Planning, conducting, and documenting engineering services activities
- Updating and maintaining the local OneNote training and guideline resource
- Organizing and compiling a KPI matrix to support the Engineering Services organization
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in engineering and product configuration
- Ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment
- Skills in documentation and process mapping
- Willingness to learn and develop in a professional setting
- Strong communication skills for participating in global calls
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and compile information
