Responsibilities
- Own and drive New Product Introduction Quality, Factory Quality, and Field Quality of digital products.
- Manage factory yield performance to meet six sigma quality goals.
- Conduct actionable data analysis to detect trends and identify root causes for continuous improvement.
- Gather quality requirements and data for Cisco products.
- Provide recommendations for quality improvement across multiple business units.
- Communicate proposals and strategies to Cisco Executives.
- Identify issues with product lines based on trending field return data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in Electrical design and hardware quality management.
- Solid understanding of root cause investigation and data analysis.
- 5+ years of experience communicating with senior executives and customer account teams.
- Preferred: Master's in Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to implement closed loop corrective and preventative actions.
- Experience in managing quality metrics and performance KPIs.
