Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategy for hardware/robotic systems.
- Maintain and improve the Bill of Materials and implement cost models.
- Proactively plan for future system builds to avoid supply chain bottlenecks.
- Identify and mitigate risks across the supply base.
- Negotiate capacity reservations and commercial terms for critical parts.
- Build and lead a high-performing procurement team.
- Establish and manage the operating system for materials and logistics strategy.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in hardware/industrial/manufacturing supply chain roles.
- Experience leading teams with measurable outcomes in cost, delivery, and quality.
- Deep knowledge of BOM costing across mechanical and electrical categories.
- Strong negotiation skills for structuring commercial agreements.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and source-to-pay concepts.
- Ability to translate engineering changes into material plans.
- Willingness to relocate to the SF Bay Area and work on-site.
