Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end supply chain strategy for hardware/robotic systems.
- Build and maintain the Bill of Materials and implement cost models.
- Preempt supply chain bottlenecks through proactive planning.
- Identify and mitigate risks across the supply base and create continuity plans.
- Negotiate capacity reservations and commercial terms for critical parts.
- Help build a high-performing supply chain team and improve processes.
- Coordinate closely with finance and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in hardware/industrial/manufacturing supply chain roles.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams with measurable outcomes.
- Deep experience with BOM costing across mechanical and electrical categories.
- Strong negotiation skills for structuring LTAs and pricing mechanisms.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and source-to-pay concepts.
- Ability to translate engineering changes into material plans.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
