Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end supply chain strategy for hardware/robotic systems.
- Build and maintain the Bill of Materials and implement cost models.
- Preempt supply chain bottlenecks through proactive planning.
- Identify and mitigate risks across the supply base.
- Develop and execute category strategies and negotiate terms.
- Build a high-performing team covering procurement and vendor management.
- Establish the operating system for materials and logistics strategy.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in hardware/industrial/manufacturing supply chain roles.
- Experience leading teams with measurable outcomes.
- Deep experience with BOM costing across mechanical and electrical categories.
- Strong negotiation skills for structuring capacity reservations and pricing.
- Fluency with ERP/MRP and source-to-pay concepts.
- Ability to translate engineering changes into material plans.
- Willingness to relocate to the SF Bay Area and work on-site.
