Responsibilities
- Drive supply chain strategy for hardware/robotic systems.
- Build and improve the Bill of Materials and implement cost models.
- Preempt supply chain bottlenecks for future system builds.
- Identify and mitigate risks across the supply base.
- Develop and execute category strategies and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build a high-performing team in procurement and vendor management.
- Establish operating systems for materials and logistics strategy.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in hardware/industrial/manufacturing supply chain roles.
- Experience leading teams with measurable outcomes.
- Deep experience with BOM costing across mechanical and electrical categories.
- Strong negotiation skills for structuring contracts and capacity reservations.
- Fluent with ERP/MRP and source-to-pay concepts.
- Ability to translate engineering changes into material plans.
- Experience with complex industrial robotics/automation assemblies preferred.
