Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers on product development and design.
- Design conduction-cooled packaging and deployable structures.
- Develop lightweight composite space structures.
- Participate in testing and manufacturing processes.
- Present work to peers, mentors, and executive leadership.
- Engage in hands-on, interactive work within a dynamic team environment.
- Work on assignments based on project availability and personal interests.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a BS, MS, or Ph.D. program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Upper-level coursework in structures and heat transfer.
- Experience with mechanical FEA tools (e.g., SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with electronics assemblies (preferred).
- Experience with EMI/EMC mitigation techniques (preferred).
