Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design of complex electronics modules and systems.
- Lead teams of hardware engineers to develop new products.
- Provide subject matter expertise in digital and mixed-signal hardware development.
- Develop hardware architecture and write requirements for complex systems.
- Perform detailed schematic design and PCB layout in Altium Designer.
- Conduct analysis such as worst-case circuit and signal integrity analysis.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers for professional development.
Job Requirements
- BS degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in board-level electronics design.
- Direct experience with high-reliability electronics for space or defense applications.
- Expertise in high-speed digital and mixed-signal electronics.
- Experience with PCB layout and manufacturing standards.
- Proficiency in electronics design tools like Altium.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
