Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design of complex electronics modules and systems.
- Lead teams of hardware engineers to develop new products.
- Develop hardware architecture and write requirements for complex systems.
- Perform detailed schematic design and PCB layout.
- Conduct circuit analysis, signal integrity, and power integrity analysis.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers.
- Release modules to production and collaborate with Manufacturing and Test Engineering teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in board-level electronics design.
- Experience with high-reliability electronics for space or defense applications.
- Expertise in high-speed digital and mixed-signal electronics.
- Proficiency in PCB layout and manufacturing standards.
- Strong communication skills.
- Extensive lab experience for hardware verification.
