Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design of complex electronics modules and systems.
- Lead teams of hardware engineers in developing new products.
- Develop hardware architecture and write hardware requirements.
- Perform detailed schematic design and PCB layout for complex boards.
- Guide analysis methodology for circuit and signal integrity.
- Oversee bring-up and verification testing of hardware modules.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers in technical understanding and development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or higher.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in electronics design and test.
- Direct experience in high-reliability electronics for space or defense applications.
- Expertise in high-speed digital and mixed-signal electronics.
- Experience in PCB layout and manufacturing standards.
- Proficiency in electronics design tools such as Altium.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
