Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software components to solve problems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for production equipment.
- Collaborate with Equipment Engineers, Process Engineers, and Operators to improve systems.
- Work hands-on with roll-to-roll web handling and processing equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in equipment and processes.
- Adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize 3D CAD software and PLC/device configuration software as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in related engineering roles.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment design or maintenance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and data analysis.
- Ability to safely use hand and machine tools.
