Responsibilities
- Lead reliability analysis and work with design teams to meet specifications.
- Define and conduct reliability testing strategies and plans.
- Perform stress-based MTBF analysis and provide reliability predictions.
- Coordinate third-party performance and regulatory testing.
- Conduct failure analysis and generate reports.
- Collaborate on developing and improving durability test methodologies.
- Train manufacturing partners on testing procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering.
- Experience with FMEA, DFR, DFT, and DFM concepts.
- Familiarity with reliability testing methods and data analysis software.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Hands-on experience with environmental and reliability testing.
- Knowledge of reliability analysis techniques, such as RBD and MTBF.
