Responsibilities
- Lead reliability analysis and collaborate with design teams.
- Define reliability requirements and conduct design reviews.
- Develop reliability testing strategies and execute test plans.
- Perform stress-based MTBF analysis for reliability predictions.
- Coordinate third-party performance and regulatory testing.
- Train manufacturing personnel on testing procedures.
- Conduct failure analysis and generate reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering.
- Experience with FMEA, DFR, and DFM concepts.
- Familiarity with reliability testing methods and software (e.g., JMP, Minitab).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of environmental and reliability testing techniques.
- Analytical skills for conducting failure analysis.
