Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to a global team of engineers.
- Review and interpret customer specifications and act as the primary customer contact.
- Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions.
- Create designs in line with company procedures, regulations, and client standards.
- Provide support during the manufacturing process of designed systems.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 11 to 14 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and simulation software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability principles.
