Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to a global team of engineers.
- Review and interpret customer specifications, acting as the primary customer contact.
- Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions.
- Prepare calculations and create technical drawings for proposed solutions.
- Use customer feedback to upgrade or repair existing machines.
- Finalize designs and submit prints to the production department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 11 to 14 years of relevant experience in mechanical design.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and simulation software.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and design processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction and project leadership.
