Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers.
- Review and interpret customer requirements and act as the primary customer contact.
- Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions.
- Design, modify, and implement systems that meet customer needs.
- Test, simulate, and measure system performance, troubleshooting as necessary.
- Liaison with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Job Requirements
- Subject Matter Expert in power design with deep knowledge of DC/DC power topologies.
- Experience in designing power systems for networking, compute, or storage products.
- Proficient in circuit simulation tools such as PSPICE and LTSPICE.
- Familiarity with PCB stack-up, power planes, and schematic capture tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present effectively to various audiences.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
