Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for complex projects.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to a global team of engineers.
- Review and interpret customer specifications and act as primary customer contact.
- Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions.
- Lead the deployment of strategic technologies and coordinate global efforts.
- Design and modify systems to meet customer needs, including creating schematics and bills of materials.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other internal teams.
Job Requirements
- Subject Matter Expert in power design with deep knowledge of DC/DC power topologies.
- Experience in designing power systems for networking, compute, or storage products.
- Proficient with circuit simulation tools such as PSPICE and LTSPICE.
- Familiarity with schematic capture and CAD layout tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present effectively to various audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
