Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for complex projects.
- Propose innovative solutions for performance, reliability, and features.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to a global team of engineers.
- Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions.
- Lead schematic design, Bills of Material, and cross-functional design reviews.
- Liaison with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for project support.
- Keep up to date with industry knowledge and regulations.
Job Requirements
- 9+ years of related experience in electrical design.
- Proficient in power design for various applications, including DC/DC converters.
- Experienced with PCB design and circuit simulation tools.
- Knowledge of power integrity tools and high-density power modules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present technical information effectively to various audiences.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
