Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of manufacturing technicians.
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Own product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Manage production budgets, labor costs, and material utilization.
- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean manufacturing principles.
- Serve as the primary liaison between production and other teams such as Engineering and Supply Chain.
- Provide regular production status reports and updates to the SVP of Operations.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production role.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with complex electromechanical assemblies.
- Experience managing production budgets and schedules.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field is nice to have.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality management systems.
