Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of manufacturing technicians.
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Own product quality throughout the manufacturing and assembly process.
- Manage production budgets, labor costs, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between production and other departments.
- Implement process improvements using Lean manufacturing principles.

Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong technical aptitude with electromechanical assemblies.
- Experience managing production budgets and schedules.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and ISO quality management systems.
