Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of manufacturing technicians.
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Own product quality throughout the manufacturing process and implement quality control measures.
- Manage production budgets, labor costs, and material utilization.
- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean manufacturing principles.
- Serve as a liaison between production and engineering teams for seamless product launches.
- Provide regular production status reports and updates to the SVP of Operations.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production role, with team leadership experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with complex electromechanical assemblies and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to maintain safe production environments and high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing production budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field is nice to have.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and workplace safety regulations (OSHA).
