Responsibilities
- Design LFGTE and RNG BTU skid equipment using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Create or revise accurate CAD models, drawings, P&IDs, BOMs, and other engineering documentation.
- Perform design calculations for pipe sizes and assist in procurement of mechanical equipment.
- Maintain knowledge of ASME Process Piping Design, Materials, Fabrication, and Specifications.
- Ensure designs prioritize safety and long-term serviceability.
- Interpret design specifications and prepare project specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to meet equipment specifications and deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Associates Degree in Mechanical Design.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Autodesk (or AutoCAD) and SolidWorks.
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance, ANSI Y14.5.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Valid driver’s license and pass background check/drug test.
- Familiarity with ASME, API, AISC, OSHA & ASTM standards is desirable.
