Responsibilities
- Analyzing manufacturing processes using engineering tools and techniques.
- Conducting industrial engineering studies and analysis, such as manpower forecasts and capacity analysis.
- Assisting in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
- Studying and analyzing variations in critical manufacturing processes.
- Maintaining documentation on related studies and analysis.
- Performing related assignments as required.
- 3D-Modeling of plant layout to assist in building layouts.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years towards a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Basic Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
- Experience utilizing engineering tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and MS Project.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
