Responsibilities
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to design and support complex robotic systems
- Plan and perform verification and validation testing on prototype and production systems
- Design and develop new features for existing products
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause failure analysis
- Design and release parts and assemblies using Catia CAD software
- Develop and maintain product support documentation including BOMs and detailed drawings
- Support system design analyses including reliability and cost-reduction
Job Requirements
- Current student enrolled in a Bachelor Degree program in Mechanical Engineering or Robotics Engineering
- Passion for robotics and mechanical design
- Experience using 3D CAD tools (e.g., Solidworks, CATIA)
- High level of technical writing proficiency
- Nice to have: Experience with Python, LabView, or MATLAB
- Nice to have: Experience designing injection molded plastic parts
- Nice to have: Internship experience in designing mechanical parts and assemblies
