Responsibilities
- Assist with PPAP Project Support
- Conduct troubleshooting studies for machinery and quality issues
- Participate in 8D project studies
- Update documentation for systems and floor operations
- Perform SPC studies
- Contribute to plant floor layout design
- Conduct time studies and process cycle time improvements
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to reliably commute to the Bellwood, IL plant
- Basic understanding of engineering principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive for results
- Computer literacy and time management skills
- Experience showing mechanical aptitude is a plus
