Responsibilities
- Assist with PPAP project support
- Conduct troubleshooting studies for machinery and quality issues
- Participate in 8D project studies
- Update documentation for systems and the plant floor
- Conduct SPC studies
- Design plant floor layouts
- Perform time studies and process cycle time improvements
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0
- Ability to reliably commute to the Bellwood, IL plant
- Experience showing mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good multi-tasking abilities
- Basic understanding of engineering principles
- Computer literacy and time management skills
