Responsibilities
- Assist engineering team with technical tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate with various departments including Production and Manufacturing Engineering Teams.
- Consult with team leader and functional manager on unusual problems.
- Apply engineering principles and practices in various assignments.
- Work in departments such as Quality, Tool Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Participate in ongoing formal and informal education.
Job Requirements
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- AutoCAD experience preferred.
- Competencies in action orientation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make timely decisions and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
