Responsibilities
- Lead and organize internal and external engineering, manufacturing, and test activities.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects.
- Maintain schedules, risk lists, procurement plans, and budgets.
- Report regularly to the Millennium Executive team and customers.
- Track internal and external deliverables and prepare progress reviews.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers to meet requirements and milestones.
- Manage complex systems development projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years of experience or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in developing high-complexity systems.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with rapid development projects and U.S. Government customers.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Concept-to-launch experience on satellite missions.
