Responsibilities
- Lead and manage program execution, delivery on cost and schedule commitments.
- Oversee software development for system-level and flight control software.
- Develop system test beds and conduct software testing for verification of requirements.
- Manage multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and ensure customer satisfaction and mission success.
- Establish strong customer relationships with senior government officials and drive performance improvements.
- Negotiate and develop relationships with subcontractors.
- Coordinate program staffing needs with Boeing Engineering capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Current Tier 5 Clearance.
- 9+ years of experience in software development or technical program management.
- 5+ years of experience in software design and architecture.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience in satellite or space programs.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with executive leadership and customers.
