Responsibilities
- Research contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements.
- Develop quality metrics and certification plans for compliance.
- Analyze capability assessments for supplier selection.
- Perform data analysis for manufacturing and test readiness.
- Provide material review dispositions for non-conformances.
- Analyze non-conformance trends and evaluate corrective actions.
- Compile performance reports and statistical data for process capability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
- More than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- More than 1 year of experience using Excel for data analysis.
- More than 1 year of experience in compiling and analyzing process data.
- Experience reading and understanding engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
- Preferred: Experience with AS9100 and in Electronics or Composites Manufacturing.
