Responsibilities
- Analyze complex propulsion systems using CFD and other codes.
- Verify and validate new CFD codes for performance analysis.
- Execute project-specific work related to modeling propulsion systems.
- Collaborate with the Energy & Propulsion team to advance propulsion technologies.
- Employ advanced aerodynamic modeling techniques and tools.
- Ensure optimal performance of propulsion systems under various flight conditions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in propulsion and aerodynamics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Experience in propulsion and/or aerodynamics engineering.
- Familiarity with aerodynamic modeling techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in software for data analysis (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
- Knowledge of industry standards for aerodynamic design.
- 3+ years of related work experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
