Responsibilities
- Apply Industrial Engineering concepts and techniques to improve manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain factory definitions for manufacturing planning.
- Create models and databases for data analysis and provide summary metrics to stakeholders.
- Lead the design and improvement of processes using Lean and Industrial Engineering concepts.
- Manage project scope, cost, and timing while performing risk analysis.
- Analyze and design value streams, including capacity and workflow logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine program goals and business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and Industrial Engineering.
- Familiarity with Object Oriented Design and Programming.
- Understanding of Industrial Engineering tools and shop systems integration.
- Experience with production systems like MES and PDM.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Preferred 7+ years of related work experience.
