Responsibilities
- Supports the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
- Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the integration of technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Supports the development, identification, and implementation of conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build.
- Participates in the implementation of manufacturing plans and investigates technical problems.
- Implements Lean principles and technologies.
- Interfaces with IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Collaborates with both engineering teams and mechanics on the factory floor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent.
- 5 or more years of related engineering work experience or equivalent technical education and experience.
- Experience working in a production environment is preferred.
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborative skills.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and technologies.
- U.S. Person compliance required for export control.
