Responsibilities
- Support supplier recovery projects by developing and validating manufacturing processes.
- Perform on-site assessments to identify non-conformances and process risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and execute manufacturing process validations and inspection plans.
- Design shop aides, tooling, and fixtures; coordinate fabrication.
- Support implementation of lean manufacturing practices at supplier sites.
- Troubleshoot process failures and verify corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in supplier-facing roles.
- 3+ years’ experience with manufacturing processes and tooling design.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
- Experience with aerospace manufacturing standards.
- Prior experience in supplier recovery or supply chain remediation.
