Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for the Starliner program.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability and assembly of components.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action for manufacturing issues.
- Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and tooling requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on manufacturability and assembly.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
- 2 or more years' related work experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes and standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and tools.
