Responsibilities
- Apply industrial engineering concepts to meet program requirements.
- Support the development of plant layouts and capacity plans.
- Participate in evaluating new techniques for production integration.
- Assist in optimizing the production system.
- Conduct basic workflow design and analysis.
- Develop models and spreadsheets for data analysis.
- Support the preparation of operations plans and ensure technical goals are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 1 or more years of related work experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Exposure to Project Management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
