Responsibilities
- Supports the development and verification of test methods
- Develops detailed test procedures and instrumentation requirements
- Implements solutions to calibration system problems
- Evaluates test results and resolves issues
- Uses analytical tools to verify design
- Analyzes and formats data to meet customer requirements
- Prepares and publishes test reports documenting results
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of engineering work experience or equivalent
- Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time
- Proficiency in aircraft test design/planning and execution
- Experience in flight test and/or lab test engineering
- FAA Private Pilot training or certificate preferred
- Ability to perform risk analysis with a strong focus on safety
