Responsibilities
- Develop basic, routine analysis using reliability tools to determine asset failures and capacity reduction.
- Assist in implementing improvements to enhance asset effectiveness, availability, and maintainability.
- Create conceptual designs, final designs, and cost estimates for mechanical aspects of buildings and utility systems.
- Ensure alignment of mechanical designs with customer requirements and building codes.
- Maintain the accuracy of drawing archives/libraries by reviewing contractor redlines.
- Support or manage construction projects by providing input on vendor selection and reviewing proposals.
- Prepare and present project information to ensure compliance with construction documents and project objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- 1+ years of experience in mechanical systems design and analysis.
- 1+ years of experience with Industrial Equipment Maintenance/Environmental (HVAC) and Mechanical Control Systems.
- 1+ years of experience using AutoCAD or a similar CAD package.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license and 3+ years of related work experience.
