Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and system requirements to develop architectural approaches and specifications for electronic products.
- Develop high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications.
- Validate designs through reviews, testing, and analysis, tracking technical performance measures.
- Support Supplier Management with make/buy recommendations and technical services.
- Provide engineering support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs.
- Work under general direction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and evaluating electrical systems.
- 3+ years of experience in test environments.
- Experience in interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Preferred experience in tracing requirements into engineering design.
- Experience with software design tools (Zuken and CMPro preferred).
- Experience in the aerospace industry and with equivalent products.
