Responsibilities
- Establish procedures, standards, and protocols for SMT operations.
- Utilize lean manufacturing tools for production improvements.
- Support programming, calibrating, and operating SMT machines.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans for SMT equipment.
- Design and modify SMT tooling and shop aids.
- Maintain build schedules by resolving production issues.
- Facilitate collaboration with engineering for design improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Ability to obtain US Security Clearance.
- Experience with PCB and SMT processes.
- Knowledge of IPC & J-STD-001 standards.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Familiarity with problem-solving tools for process improvement.
