Responsibilities
- Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
- Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions.
- Develops and maintains program architecture for build.
- Leads and implements manufacturing plans.
- Conducts producibility and variation analyses.
- Analyzes design/build concepts for manufacturability.
- Validates production readiness of solutions and implements lean principles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Boeing Manufacturing System.
- Familiarity with manufacturing tools (PDM, CAPP, CMES, etc.).
- 3+ years in a production/manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years in a Manufacturing Engineering role.
- Experience in project management and work package estimating.
