Responsibilities
- Analyzes customer and system requirements to develop architectural approaches and specifications for electronic products.
- Develops high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements.
- Validates designs through various review, testing, and analysis methods.
- Tracks and statuses technical performance measures to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Supports Supplier Management with make/buy recommendations.
- Provides engineering support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Investigates emerging technologies for future product designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- Experience in Analog, Digital, and/or Power Electronics.
- Preferred: 3 or more years of related work experience for Level 3; 5 or more years for Level 4.
- Experience with power conditioning electronics and control system design.
- Experience with circuit design and analysis focusing on power supply, analog, and/or digital design.
- Familiarity with electronics test methodology.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
