Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the airline/aerospace industry.
- 2+ years of experience leading an engineering team.
- Experience in maintenance operations and complex project leadership.
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory environments.
- Ability to embrace change and prioritize safety and quality.
- Strong communication and systems thinking skills.
