Responsibilities
- Work directly with a mentor in the field of study to solve real-world problems.
- Discuss strategy with maintenance department leaders.

Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a maintenance program working towards an A&P certificate.
- Expected graduation date on or after August 2026.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2026.
- Strong passion for aviation and eagerness to learn.
- Strong academic performance (preferred GPA of 3.0 or above).
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills and interest in a career with Boeing.
