Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and strategy for New Glenn avionics subsystems.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of avionics products from requirements through production.
- Manage P&L accountability for New Glenn avionics, including budget and resource allocation.
- Lead major technical and programmatic reviews with stakeholders.
- Establish avionics production architecture for high-volume manufacturing.
- Build and mentor large avionics organizations across various engineering disciplines.
- Serve as the avionics voice on the New Glenn executive leadership team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in avionics or high-reliability electronics.
- Experience in managing large technical organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of integrated electronics systems architecture.
- Proven track record in leading complex, multi-year programs.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with supplier ecosystems and procurement strategy.
