Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test methods and procedures for fluid and electrical systems.
- Coordinate and direct test crews during testing setups and teardowns.
- Author test procedures for integrated system testing.
- Manage and supervise a small team of technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and validate avionics systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support mission success.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, civil, electrical engineering, or related field.
- Relevant experience in space vehicle testing and ground support equipment.
- Experience with developing and executing test procedures.
- Ability to read schematics and layout designs.
- Strong safety record and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to support off-shift and extended hours as needed.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
