Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test methods and procedures for integrated fluid and electrical systems.
- Operate ground support equipment and manage test setups, checkouts, and teardowns.
- Coordinate and direct test crews during various test campaigns.
- Validate avionics systems and ensure quality and reliability for human spaceflight missions.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and read schematics/layout designs.
- Support off-shift and extended hours as required for mission milestones.
- Supervise a small team of technicians during test operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, civil, electrical engineering or related field.
- Relevant experience in space vehicle testing and fluids support equipment.
- Ability to develop, write, and execute test procedures.
- Strong safety record and experience leading test teams.
- Proficiency in reading P&ID schematics/layout designs.
- Familiarity with high-pressure systems and testing.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
