Test Engineers (All Levels | A and B Shifts)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test methods and procedures for integrated fluid and electrical systems.
  • Operate ground support equipment and manage test setups, checkouts, and teardowns.
  • Coordinate and direct test crews during various test campaigns.
  • Validate avionics systems and ensure quality and reliability for human spaceflight missions.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and read schematics/layout designs.
  • Support off-shift and extended hours as required for mission milestones.
  • Supervise a small team of technicians during test operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, civil, electrical engineering or related field.
  • Relevant experience in space vehicle testing and fluids support equipment.
  • Ability to develop, write, and execute test procedures.
  • Strong safety record and experience leading test teams.
  • Proficiency in reading P&ID schematics/layout designs.
  • Familiarity with high-pressure systems and testing.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
