Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and develop primary and secondary structures, including composites and metallic parts.
- Create 3D models, detail part drawings, assemblies, and interface control documents.
- Provide manufacturing and production support for hardware.
- Offer technical guidance for integration.
- Support configuration development and trade studies.
- Create test plans, specifications, and documentation for flight hardware development.
- Participate in subsystem test planning, execution, data reduction, and analysis.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in engineering.
- 5+ years of experience with structures in automotive, aircraft, spacecraft, or launch vehicles.
- Proficiency in structural design of metallic components and assemblies.
- Strong mechanical design skills using 3D CAD software.
- Familiarity with GD&T analysis (ASME Y14.5).
- Ability to maintain positive relationships and contribute to an inclusive culture.
- U.S. citizenship or residency required.
