Senior Manufacturing Engineer (C Shift)

Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware ready for test, qualification, and flight.
  • Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
  • Support the introduction of new products by creating manufacturing plan artifacts.
  • Craft manufacturing bill of materials and work instructions.
  • Support weekend work schedule including three 12-hour shifts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Prior internship experience in relevant fields (aircraft, spacecraft, automotive manufacturing).
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing.
  • Proficient in CAD and other software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with building flight hardware preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in an engineering capacity, including internships.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
