Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
- Identify tools and equipment necessary for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
- Manage and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Craft manufacturing plans and artifacts for new product introductions.
- Support weekend work schedules with three 12-hour shifts.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure effective manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Prior internship experience in relevant manufacturing fields.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
- Proficient in CAD and other software tools.
- Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
- 8+ years of engineering experience, including internships.
- Proven ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams.
