Senior Manufacturing Engineer (C Shift)

Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
  • Identify tools and equipment necessary for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Manage and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
  • Craft manufacturing plans and artifacts for new product introductions.
  • Support weekend work schedules with three 12-hour shifts.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure effective manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Prior internship experience in relevant manufacturing fields.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
  • Proficient in CAD and other software tools.
  • Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
  • 8+ years of engineering experience, including internships.
  • Proven ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams.
