Senior Fluids and Propulsion Manufacturing Engineer - Lunar

The Senior Fluids and Propulsion Manufacturing Engineer at Blue Origin will work within the Operations team to enhance manufacturing processes for aerospace systems, focusing on the industrialization of new products and ensuring high-quality standards in production.

• Support the industrialization of new products in various areas including solar arrays and avionics.
• Contribute to design for manufacturability, assembly, and test processes.
• Translate engineering requirements into repeatable manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with design engineering, quality assurance, and production teams.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and inspection plans.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and methods.
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
• 5+ years of experience creating English work instructions.
• Preferred: Master’s degree and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification.
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards (AS9100, ISO 9001).
• Experience with high-reliability systems and manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on experience with cryogenic fluids and propulsion systems.
