Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design teams to plan and manage prototype manufacturing.
- Manufacture prototypes through several iterations with design teams and machinists.
- Contribute hands-on to manufacturing and development efforts as needed.
- Utilize CNC and manual equipment to support product development.
- Provide guidance on CNC machining techniques and tool selection.
- Implement new capabilities to meet critical schedules.
- Review engineering drawings and approve manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in a CNC machining manufacturing environment.
- Proven success in Product Development and adapting to evolving environments.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals, including GD&T.
- Proficient in CAD and strong technical communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographic distances.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
