Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Create manufacturing process pipelines from design release through production.
- Design and document manufacturing workflows and process maps.
- Build and maintain manufacturing metrics dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
- Perform process flow analysis and develop cost models for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of designs.
- Support vehicle build schedules and manufacturing readiness assessments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Understanding of industrial engineering fundamentals and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Internship or co-op experience in aerospace or high-complexity manufacturing environments.
