Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical trade studies and analyses for design and operational decisions.
- Provide real-time support for integrated vehicle tests and launch operations.
- Guide requirements, risk management, and nonconformance resolution.
- Lead engineering and program teams to identify root causes of issues during build and test.
- Manage technical risks and formulate action plans for mitigation.
- Define and approve operating requirements and performance interfaces across vehicle subsystems.
- Provide engineering leadership and mentoring throughout the product lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in an engineering-related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with space launch system development and operations.
- Knowledge of full lifecycle development of aerospace systems.
- Proven experience in leading vehicle-level technical trade studies.
- Strong program/project management skills.
- Excellent technical communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to travel to support production and operations.
