Responsibilities
- Plan and develop test plans and procedures for vehicle level testing.
- Lead daily test operations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Conduct acceptance testing including power-on and performance tests.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during testing and perform root cause analysis.
- Design and procure test support equipment, managing vendors as needed.
- Work collaboratively with design and systems engineers to verify test requirements.
- Prepare status updates and communicate technical issues with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- BS in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of applicable experience in space vehicle testing.
- Proficient in spacecraft avionics and electrical power systems.
- Experience with coding in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, or Python.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with human-rated space vehicle development is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and travel as needed.
