Responsibilities
- Plan and develop test plans and procedures for vehicle-level testing.
- Lead daily test operations and coordinate with internal customers.
- Conduct acceptance testing, including power-on and performance tests.
- Work with design engineers to ensure tests verify requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues during testing and perform root cause analysis.
- Manage test support equipment and vendor interactions.
- Communicate status updates and coordinate test crews for operations.
Job Requirements
- BS in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of applicable experience with integrated vehicle testing.
- Knowledge of spacecraft avionics and electrical power systems.
- Experience with programming languages like C/C++ and Python.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and travel as needed.
- Excellent communication skills for technical discussions.
- Experience with human-rated space vehicle development preferred.
