Responsibilities
- Plan and develop test plans and procedures for vehicle-level testing.
- Lead daily test operations and coordinate with internal customers.
- Conduct acceptance testing including power-on and functional tests.
- Troubleshoot issues during testing and perform root cause analysis.
- Design and procure test support equipment, managing vendors during installation.
- Communicate status updates and findings within the organization and with customers.
- Enforce safety policies during test planning and operations.
Job Requirements
- BS in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of applicable experience in space vehicle testing.
- Experience with spacecraft avionics and electrical power systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, or Python.
- Knowledge of test instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and travel as needed.
