Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for test and flight.
- Identify tools and equipment needed for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
- Generate and manage non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Craft manufacturing plan artifacts for new product introductions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and safety in manufacturing processes.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships within the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Prior internship experience in relevant fields.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and GD&T.
- Proficiency in CAD and other software tools.
- Hands-on experience with flight hardware preferred.
- 3+ years of engineering experience, including internships.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
