Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into fully functional hardware.
- Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
- Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Support the introduction of new products by crafting manufacturing plan artifacts.
- Create manufacturing bill of materials and work instructions.
- Collaborate with teams across various locations to ensure effective manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Prior internship experience in relevant manufacturing areas.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD software and strong technical skills.
- Ability to maintain positive professional relationships.
- Hands-on experience with building flight hardware preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an engineering capacity, including internships.
