Manufacturing Engineer (C Shift)

Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware.
  • Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing.
  • Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
  • Craft manufacturing plan artifacts for new product introductions.
  • Support weekend work schedule with three 12-hour shifts from Friday to Sunday.
  • Collaborate with teams across various skills and locations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Prior internship experience in relevant manufacturing fields.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools.
  • Hands-on experience with building flight hardware (preferred).
  • 1+ year experience in engineering capacity, including internships (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
