Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware.
- Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing.
- Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
- Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Craft manufacturing plan artifacts for new product introductions.
- Support weekend work schedule with three 12-hour shifts from Friday to Sunday.
- Collaborate with teams across various skills and locations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Prior internship experience in relevant manufacturing fields.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools.
- Hands-on experience with building flight hardware (preferred).
- 1+ year experience in engineering capacity, including internships (preferred).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
