Manufacturing Engineer (All Levels) - B and D Shift

Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
  • Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Manage and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
  • Craft manufacturing plans for new product introductions.
  • Implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
  • Drive the transition from development to production while performing troubleshooting and maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with aircraft, spacecraft, or automotive manufacturing (0-3 years for Level I Engineer).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and GD&T.
  • Proficiency in CAD, issue tracking, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional teams.
